Terms and Conditions

What These Terms Cover

These terms apply to anyone who visits this website. We serve drivers in La Porte, TX and the surrounding area. By using this site, you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

This Site Is for Information

The pages here explain extended warranty and vehicle service contract options in plain words. They are a starting point, not a contract.

Nothing you read on this site creates coverage or a promise to cover any repair. Only a signed contract does that, and its written terms control over anything on these pages.

Quotes and Coverage Are Handled by Phone

The phone is the only way to reach us. When you call, we can give you a quote and help you compare plans. Prices, covered repairs and monthly payments depend on your vehicle, its mileage and the plan you pick, so we confirm them on the call and in writing.

Keeping Information Accurate

We try to keep every page correct and up to date. Plans change, though, and a page may fall behind. If something here differs from what we tell you on the phone or from your contract, the contract is what counts.

Our Content and How You May Use It

The words, layout and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read and share pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy, sell or republish our content without asking us first.

Limits on Our Responsibility

We provide this site as it is. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general information here instead of a signed contract. We also cannot promise the site will always be online or free of errors.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Questions About These Terms

If anything here is unclear, talk it through with us at (832) 734-9413. We will explain it in plain English or Spanish.
